What is the Difference Between Changing and Acceptance
Acceptance is one of the essential things in one’s life. You find that accepting who you are comes with changing on how you conduct yourself. Even though some health issues cannot be changed and you will just have to accept that it is part of you. Additionally, there are also some health issue that must be characterized by building the habits since accepting them cannot make you enjoy life as you would want to.
At least one has the opportunity to live a happy life even though you will not enjoy it more than the people who were born healthy without any health problem. By engaging in a good diet, they are always full of pride, and they enjoy life to the fullest. Acceptance does not necessarily mean cordoning, and you should not lose hope since there are very many levels of acceptance that can see you through. You will be more relaxed and happy when you decide to see yourself the way you are as this will make you move from one level to the next. Rather than pretending that nothing is wrong with you, and you are simply following a self-help routine out of duty.
Apart from that, we also have change which will need you to adapt, improvise and overcome issues in our lives and the challenges that come with them. You find that for something to grow well there must be some form of external stress which acts as a pulling factor. This is something that many people know that the only people who can survive are the ones who can adapt to the change effectively. These things are not in line with one another just like accepting yourself will not determine your change.
Apart from that you should adopt a new way of seeing things by accepting yourself as it is the key of goal setting. You will notice that a person who wants to change his look can achieve it by doing exercises, eating healthy dieting and even body sculpting. But if you are in your comfort zone you will not even realize that making a change can help you look great. You will not be able to achieve more if you are in your comfort zone but you need to move out of it to see more opportunities.
You find that accepting yourself will come with a lot of benefits. As this will remind you that you need to make some changes. Some people always find this to be hard, but you can do it if you live by your interest, hobbies and the potential.
